at&t are extortion artist. signing a contract with them is just about the equivalent of signing with the devil. do yourself a favor and pay 5 dollars more for a company who will actually provide the service and product that you are paying for.

If you are thinking avout switching, dont. They promised a deal where they buy out your old contract up to 650, its false advertising. After countless weeks on the phone with them i have never gotten my issue resolved. I cannot explain how frustrating it is to spend that much time on the phone with no resolve. By the way im buying out my old phone now got stuck with the bill as they cannot follow through with what was promised.

If you don't mind buying your phone and service from a 'used car salesman' or maybe a 'horse trader' (neither of which comments are complimentary) then this would be the place to do business. Spent 2+ hours there yesterday, am heading back today. My $110 per month plan magically turns out to be $170 per month, my numbers did not port (even though I was told they did, and to ignore any error messages I received), my phone is a piece of junk (though that's Apple's fault and not really AT&T's fault). The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I stopped on my lunch hour to buy a new wireless router for my home wifi and cannot believe how I was treated. Was told by the sales person that he had a few customers ahead of me and would be with me in a moment. I waited for 15mins while he stood by the door doing absolutely nothing!!!! As I left he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to make an appointment!! I took my business to Best Buy down the street and had what I needed in 5mins from a very nice sales clerk that ... read more
