Very nice experience at the AT&T Phone Store in Hackettstown. Jkwon A. was very knowledgeable and helped in through the process of buying a new phone.
Associate was super helpful and insightful into my needs. Great experience.
Very patient and informative. Explained everything step by step. Very polite and understood every word he said. Was not confused or board and not felt rushed. He gave me one on one attention while also blending in other customers to educate them as well. We all walked out of their feeling happy and well informed.
Jkwon was great. Knowledgeable, not pushy. Offered great options for what I was looking for.
Drew, and the other employee whom I did not catch their name were amazing!! Very friendly by far the best experience at a Phone store, we all know it can be very long. Drew helped us pick a better plan than what we currently had and made the upgrade process seamless. Would highly recommend this store!
