My experience at the AT&T Store in Hackettstown NJ was excellent! Roland K. was beyond helpful. He answered all of my questions with no pressure- he helped me to understand my phone & the plans. I highly recommend this AT&T store.

Came in yesterday with my girlfriend and Roland did an outstanding job helping us along with everyone else in the store with what they needed done. He was professional, respectful and got the job done. Might have to switch over from t-mobile because of my experience here. Great employees make a business better and Roland is definitely an asset to this store. Thanks again Roland!
