I have been to this stores for years, and this is the first bad experience. I went in to upgrade two phones, that's all I wanted to do. The salesperson was looking for ways to add to the bill. He kept pushing to add another line to lower the bill, I didn't want another line, he was looking at the wrong bill, I had just eliminated a line a few weeks before this. He added two things without my authorization or consultation: Turbo to each line ($7/per line) and "Next Up" ($10/line) . I was opposed to add the insurance for $50/m... read more
