Drew Burrowes helped me fix my problem right away. After over a week of dealing with AT&T issues and getting a new phone, he fixed the issue with the SIM card and was not dismissive of my not being able to drive to Rockaway to fix it. He was resourceful, welcoming, professional, and I walked out of his store with a working phone. Thank you Mr. Burrowes!!!!
My experience at the AT&T Store in Hackettstown NJ was excellent! Roland K. was beyond helpful. He answered all of my questions with no pressure- he helped me to understand my phone & the plans. I highly recommend this AT&T store.
