Brad assisted me with my transition of 2 phones and an iPad and was such a pleasure to work with. He was professional and proficient and worked to secure me a better contract than I had previously with my other carrier. He was willing to explore options until we found a suitable result. I am very pleased and would feel totally comfortable with seeking his assistance in the future.
They’re just nice people that’s all very friendly and helpful and we made a nice wonderful sale
Patrick was amazing! He was pleasant and patient, very helpful and not pushy. This will be our AT&T store from now on.
We visited the AT&T store in Mansfield on Monday late afternoon in order to get a new phone before our travel to Europe the next day. We received an excellent service and our rep, Elijah was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the whole experience!
