I have spent countless hours in this place trying to recoup what I have lost after being sold products that fail time and time again. Over it! PS if you all are going to make people wait hours just to ask questions please build a play structure for kids.
Used to be a great place when Kelly was there!
Don't waste your time, just go to Tukwila. The employees in this store are not very informed. They've never solved any of my issues
