Switched from verizon to At&t and my gf also switched, we both got (2) Iphone 12 pro max's, brenden and alex where great and took care of us. Unfortunately, i can only give 2 stars due to the knucklehead manager there that goes by the name of christisan, my brand new iphone was a defect phone with scratches and was off color on the top of it, he decided he wasent going to replace the phone for me and instead told me to go to apple care, so for something i had no cause in doing i had to pay a $55.00 restock fee when he could ... read more
