Boston rd was great! Guys are excellent, had to change owners of the account, they were very compassionate. Added a line and they helped me find the cheapest plan that would work for me! Great service!! Now the bad news STAY AWAY from WESTSPRINGFIELD!!! They are rude arrogant and very pushy!! Horrible customer service and just plain lazy!!

It took some time for the person to get to us but other than that they were very helpful
They are racist wouldn't help my mother with a Spanish representative. Horrible experience
