My name is Denise Keniston and I'm a business owner with a business account that I've had with AT&T for 15 solid years. On 12/27/2018 I went to the AT&T store on Winter Street in Waltham, Mass to get an old iPhone unlocked. Previously to this visit I had good experiences here and considered it my home base AT&T store. However, on 12/27 I had the worst experience possible here.
