Worst customer experience ever! They screwed up my 5s contract when we were there to exchange a phone for my mom. You could clearly see the customer rep and manager laughing at us and not taking us seriously, blatant case of gay discrimination. Also they tacked a lot of add ons without our knowledge until we got our next AT&T bill. Go anywhere but there for a phone.
Had this great dude Evan Tyler (I think) the last 2 times I was at this store. Great attitude, great personality, Awesome service. Totally relatable, totally knowledgeable and overall genuinely nice dude. I highly recommend. I have been going to this location for about 8 years. Been a long time since a person in the service industry has made that extra connection that truly makes a great retail experience. Whoever you are Evan, keep it up man! I'll keep coming back.
