Worst customer service in existence!!! Takes about 20 minutes to get a hold of a rep & you’re constantly being transferred and put on hold. & after dealing with all your rude employees my problem STILL isn’t solved. DONT get AT&T!!! They continuously take money from my account. I’ve been charged 3 times this month. 3!!
