Signed up with AT&T because of BOGO free iPhones, but they started charging us for the “free” iPhone after around 1 year. They told us the credits should be on our bill and not to worry. Then they started saying we never signed up with that deal and we were responsible for the cost of the phones.

I was the second one in the store while workers helped others. The worker got done with a customer and asked who was next. I told him about a gentleman in the corner was next then me. He asked that gentlemen if he needed help. He declined. The worker helped the others who entered well after me. Should be first come first service. Not who is closest to you.

"Post pay plan" I have reason to believe it's a contract without them saying "contract" they have nice costumer service but I believe they are trying to cover up a "contract" with a fancy name. If someone was to cancel a prepaid phone they'd be stuck paying nothing, if you can't pay the "post pay plan" you are stuck paying retail value of the phone.

On April 16, 2016, my wife & I came into the store to purchase new iPhones. We purchased 2 iPhone 6s phones. Alex Heffelfinger was the representative we dealt with. I have known Alex for several years. He was very courteous, knowledgable & professional the whole time. He was not pushy on the sales at any time. Any questions we had he was able to answer them. He made the process of getting new phones very easy & less stressful.
