Had the worst customer service of all time here today. Salesman was rude, condescending and unhelpful and in the end, didn’t even give me the correct product. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Terrible customer service. You basically have to stand around for 20 minutes while all the employees stand around talking and giggling. This store is close to my house but I'll gladly drive further to a different location. Work on employees helping customers. Unless you pay employees to stand around and do nothing. �
Its been almost 1.5 Yrs and I still dont have any updates on U-Verse. I cant have Xfinity service because of Monopoly. I am paying more money for slower speed. :(

My husband went in to the AT&T in Smyrna, TN this evening and was treated so rudely and unprofessional. A few days ago we went into the store and an associate told my husband when his iphone6 came in he would qualify for a buy back on his current phone. He received his new phone and went to do the buy back. They offered him 80% less than what was told to him. They treated him as if he was a liar. I am not usually the one to leave negative reviews when I feel I have been done wrong but I don't think I can keep quiet about this experience. On this past Wednesday (10/22/14) at around 4:30 pm I went into the AT&T store on Sam Ridley Pkwy. in Smyrna, TN. I went to get information on upgrading to a new phone. There was a lady (African American) that entered the store before me and another lady ( Caucasian) that entered the store after me.
