Completely DISGUSTED by the customer service my mother and I received today. The guy, for literally no reason, had an attitude after he instructed us to call 611 in order to remove a line from my mothers account. We call 611 and spoke with the very VERY helpful rep on the phone while she was able to reimburse use for the unused line we didn’t want anymore.
