AT&T on Union attempted to help me but even the manager could not through to anyone to work with me. They could not find my account and turned off my service. I lost the pricing and gifts for changing TV and internet services due to their mistake. I had to request new service and wait 2 weeks for an installation I did not need. The engineered was amazed when walked in to install and saw the equipment this past Saturday. Now it is out again and they say I need a new Box! Do not change to AT&T!

Logan helped so much today as I purchased a new phone and accessories for my husband. He made sure we got the best, ensured we took advantage of the current special running, and held excellent conversation about cheesecakes, batman, and beanie babies �
