While waiting in the car for a friend to finish up buying accessories, I watched an employee pull the gate halfway down at 7:56PM as people were walking up to the store. The store hours are listed until 8PM for this day, but they clearly are refusing service regardless! I've worked in retail, and it sucks when people come in at the last minute, but you're there to provide a service and sometimes that's the only opportunity someone has to get it...

Great people, great products, excellent customer service. Hand's down, one of the best wireless store's I've ever been into! I will continue to do business with At&t. I understand people like to complain about there customer service, but people are doing that across the board for every carrier. You simply cannot make everyone happy, you just can't.
