Paid insurance for a lost device(even through today). Multiple store reps told me every month that I would have to pay it off to replace. Today, a Chat Rep on the App told me how to file a claim to replace it - the first time I heard about it & the insurer told me that I waited too long.
Customer service is ATROCIOUS! Staff is argumentative, ignore in store customers and are blatantly crass and rude. AVOID THIS STORE!!!
