Worst customer service EVER! Waited 45 minutes while the store's land line rang off the hook. Ty, the agent who finally "helped" us said that no one in the store has been designated to answer the phone. Poor customer service.
If you're looking for an awful and unsettling customer service experience, you'll find it here. Rude and unprofessional employees. In a disturbing encounter, the manager Andre told my brother, "That's why your face looks like that." Regardless of the situation, a manager should never speak to their paying customer in that way. I've never been more humiliated or ashamed of humanity. If Andre is a representation of this company, shame on AT&T and what it stands for. Get your act together.
It's an excellent way to get a new phone for $40.00. It's less expensive than the higher phone.
Amazing store!! Ryan was able to fulfill all of my needs. I left today as a new customer with direct tv, Internet & digital life, and couldn't be happier with the service and promotional offers available! Thank you so much. Highly recommended :)
