I had been trying to resolve a lost equipment issue with DirecTV and AT&T. After multiple phone calls, I was directed to visit a store in person. I was helped by store manager, Keyonte, on Black Friday. Keyonte listened to my issue, looked at my paperwork and made a phone call. After about 35 minutes, he was able to resolve what I couldn't in almost 6 weeks and countless hours! Keyonte is patient and extremely professional! He deserves a raise! What a stellar employee!

After researching all the major providers decided to go with AT&T. When we first went in we weren't pressured into a making decision. We were given an quote on what we asked for. They didn't have phone I wanted in stock but Keyonte the manager offered to pick it up at another location. When we came in after deciding on AT&T, Keyonte was patient despite some hiccups in setting up the plans. He even found us a less expensive option without us asking. Great customer service!
