We came in Thursday early evening to get a new phone for my mom. Jackson helped us and he was the best! He was professional, courteous, and patient. Very thankful for his help!
If you are in Apple Valley this should be the only AT&T you go to. Kelly did a amazing job fixing my phone⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ashley was very competent and friendly. She went the extra mile in helping my husband and me get our new iPhones transitioned and protected with iPhone accessories. I’m only somewhat “techy”, but Ashley was very patient and kind. Two Apple watches, three ipads, and two iphones are working perfectly. Thank you Ashley!
The agent messed up on my phone sale a few weeks ago , and then downtalked me in front of other customers saying that the store managee wouldn't be coming out to help me. This is the same agent that messed up the phone sale previously.
