I have been trying for 2 months now to get off an old at&t account that shouldn't be under my name & they have charged my card 3 times in the last 3 months for a phone I dont even own. This is exactly why I personally would never go to this company. its also hard when your ex has to come up with $50 to get you off your account, which is stupid. Never had this issue with any other carrier ive been with. Also, just keep getting the run around from going in the store to customer service.

This day turned out great because of Pierre Lawhon, Burnsville, MN, office. He is patient and caring and, also, has the experience to recognize the route to solve a computer problem. I had a malware on my computer and he gave me back-up for where to go for help.
