Store Associate(Jackson N) was so focused on upselling me on additional products(home fiber internet, TV, Cell plans for my watch and everything else he could think of) that he screwed up the actual order I was there to complete and ordered me the wrong phone(even though I verbally corrected him 3+ times in store) - which created whole mess I had to sort out on the back end spending hours on the phone with at&t.
Ashley! What an awesome person to work with for my new home. She was able to save me 20.00 off my current bill. She explained the Internet Air wifi and I am excited to get it in my home. ABSOLUTELY ask for her! She os great!!!
I have been trying for 2 months now to get off an old at&t account that shouldn't be under my name & they have charged my card 3 times in the last 3 months for a phone I dont even own. This is exactly why I personally would never go to this company. its also hard when your ex has to come up with $50 to get you off your account, which is stupid. Never had this issue with any other carrier ive been with. Also, just keep getting the run around from going in the store to customer service.
