They don't even deserve one star. They make you all these offers then don't follow through. Went in there to try and figure out why I was told something and not getting it. The person told me I needed to deal with only one representative to avoid issues. Seriously? Maybe the company should try training their employees the same so there are no problems.
As if the ridiculously high rates, and the bait and switch on phone upgrades wasn't enough. AT&T's final "fuck you" to me was not prorating my bill and screwing me for another 200 bucks that doesnt belong to them! SCREW YOU AT&T
Unable to even get into the door to discuss our plan that we have had for 2 years, we were turned away from att. Fine our plan will definitely be cancelled! Hello Verizon!
