They dropped the ball with us for 9 months. Worst customer service from a manager we have ever received. I'm sorry just doesn't cut it any more!!!!
I was disappointed in service at the muscle shoals location earlier today...and decided to try my luck in florence and was greatly satisfied...Amber you are amazing at your job and made my evening...even got me a bundle discount!!! Thank you so much!!!
Seriously, FABULOUS customer service. Stephanie Johnston is who I use when I go in there and she is so knowledgeable and so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone in there to her! The rest of the team seems awesome too!
The store in Florence AL is getting better than it was ,but AT&T as a company lacks customer service skills bad. If you are new to AT&T go and pay in store only!
