Experience I had with James that handled a dual role in Direct/ATT was horrid and it never was followed up on either in. Unfortunately, you took down Bell South and now DirecTV. It's unfortunate because I really appreciate their techs and security teams. Not everyone I suppose can't be nice but DirecTV sure has covered customer service quiet well until you tried to become bigger and destroy another good company. They lie to you about what your bill will come too. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT&T TO ANYONE. they will lie to you to get you to sign up. If you have verizon stick with them. If you have any other Cell service provider, I would go with any other company that isn't associated with AT&T.
