Rosie at the AT&T store in Mountain Iron, MN went above and beyond to help me with a phone situation back in February. We spent 3 hours together trying to resolve an issue and she was very professional and patient with me and the people we talked with on the phone. She’s an asset to the company! Well done Rosie! 😊. Wife and I recently shifted our cell providers from Verizon to ATT after being with Verizon for over 20 years. This store is deceitful and took advantage of us as customers. The day we bought our new phones my wife’s trade in was seen by the store staff Joshua and Tony and Tank the store reps that where there was some damage to her backing on her phone for trade in they said no problem 800.00 trade in value for the damage and 1000.00 for full condition of phone. I will never return to that store.........they sold me a smart phone and they couldnt get it to sync its because i have an iphone 7s and they didnt know you need a 8 or above so i had to go to another store next day and buy a new cell its been 3 days and my phones have not transferred

Went in to give a trade-in to the store and told us we could the associate was not trying to help called art personnel idiots and do not know what they are doing Benny also was rude he is the store manager when I called him to see why I was told he could not take the phone he said he does not like to then told me she could bring it back got back he said nope you can't I will be talking to the district manager also

Watch out for all the sneaky stuff they put on your bill. Misled me on the phone plan. Put charges on my phone without my knowledge. Greedy pricks. I called 611 number. Went over my bill and got my payment down from $ 410 to $ 188 you can’t make this stuff up. Unbelievable. Make sure you look at the secret charges. I was totally misled because they were licking their lips over the sale. I’ll never go there again.

Failed to sign us in after waiting 35 minutes an everyone else being cared for that came in after us and then kalep turns phone off ,when it was supposed to be someone else’s phone to be turned off and then come back and it’s kalep again lol he’s asking how he can help and talk about 20 minutes for him to say excuse me, I was paying attention to the whole conversation because he was playing peekaboo with someone behind me

We were traveling today and my phone locked up. So we got off in Mt Vernon, IL at the AT&T store. I waited about 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I finally walked up to a young man and asked if he could help me. He asked if I had been signed in yet and I told him " no"… I explained my Motorola phone was locked up and I needed someone to check it out. I told him I was a Straight Talk customer. We had a horrible experience today with Zach! He was in a hurry and very pushy to sign the agreement. As a customer, i believe it is my right to read through fine details. We asked for the manager but to our dismay, the manager told us that it is a 64 page agreement and we can’t proceed with the transaction without signing a 64 page agreement. Hence our need to read the agreement. We ended up walking out. They just lost 2 long time customers. It is very sad that as a customer you are limited to whatever the staff at AT&T Bro... read more
