My husband and I went with our daughter in law to upgrade her phone at the AT&T Store in Russellville, AL. They were making customers wait outside in the heat to control the number of people in the store. We are under a heat advisory here. After we watched couples entering the store three times, we walked up and we were told that only one of us could come in. The woman was rude about it.
