Really frustrating experience. All I wanted was to add a new line to my AT&T account and keep my existing number. I ordered a phone online with help from AT&T support, but they didn’t include my trade-in, so I lost out on a $1000 promotion. They also gave me a new number and said I could easily port mine later—turned out that was far from true. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AT&T. First, they completely forgot to order my equipment, which caused significant delays in getting my service set up. Then, to make matters worse, they misquoted me on the price for service. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve these issues, but it felt like no one was willing to take responsibility.
