I don't normally write reviews, but somebody needs to be aware of this. There is a tall skinny gentleman that works there and he's bald headed. He is a complete jerk. Kept asking me if he could help me over and over because he thought I was going to steal one of his precious $20 cords. This guy has some kind of a issue and he runs people out of the store with his bad attitude and accusations concerning stealing! If my son had been with me, that guy would have been in big trouble!
I have been a customer with AT&T since it was Cingular days. 99.9% of the time I have found the customer service top notch. This past experience went far beyond top notch. I took my personal account and changed it to a business account. Nelson was absolutely awesome. He was patient and explained to me the differences, pros and cons. I never felt rushed. I never felt like he was just selling me a service or up charging. Thank you, Nelson, for your time, knowledge and professionalism.
I hit the jackpot when Lane immediately greeted me. I had a mess with bogus messages and he gave me his full attention and showed me how to set up a free program to protect me from the scammers.
