Frustrated customer!!! I have an account placed in collection through AT&T. I have spent hours on the phone attempting to find what the charges are for. They have not been able to give me answers. This has dropped my credit score 54 points all the while AT&T can't explain the reasoning. I am a disabled veteran, and AT&Ts greed is disrupting my life! All over 169$. It is illegal, because they will not provide me with proof or even a reason for the debt. C lear violation of the FCRA!
