They rudest greeting I’ve ever had from a name taker! If I were the owner ! I am a business owner! She’d be seeking another job ! She treated me terribly! Took my salesman away from me after waiting 25 minutes to finally see one and behold as always they don’t have correct records of account controllers! Terrible service. 3 hours of my day gone because in the beginning of July I was lied to by someone who works there. Now I sit with no phone service only WiFi. Could not resolve my issue on the phone or in the store. Att will lose my long time business. Really sad. They need to shut that store down all together never had a good experience always promised something that never happens. Managers are a joke.
This store is junk been in there twice last month and they didn't help either time straight garbage

Bought a UN insurable ph & got charged - returned the ph & got charged restock fee - 35.00 / got billed 89.00 for a 9 day use . It cost 114.00 for a crappy ph & crappy service . Was told they tried to call me when it never happened . If this isn't resolved tomorrow . I would send all I know to Walmart
