They got me again! A few months ago, i was told that if i bought one i would get one free..... They billed me otherwise. a few weeks ago, they told me that if i bought new phones that i could bring my kid's Samsung 7s in for $500 credits. When i went up there with them, they said no, this won't work... And they told me my bill would be much less... They lie lie lie

Google+ has terminated my service that I paying $40 a month for I am very pissed I'm lucky to post this all of my texts are being unsuccessful what kind do you have together where they can terminated an AT&T customer
Worst customer service. You're lucky to get an English speaking agent, much less one with common sense. Congratulations for employing some of most ignorant personnel ever!!
