I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T about 45 days ago….This has been one of the worst experiences… I received a different phone than agreed, the customer service and communication has been horrible, and the bill is only a few dollars lower - not the $80 as I was told in the big-box store…So , if you’re walking through a big-box store and those guys call you over and tell you how much better you’ll have it with AT&T… Don’t believe them… You’ve been warned!!!!
