Just like Allison, I had a manager that did sign me in, and checked inventory for me to make sure the product I wanted to purchase was available. Then he returned to talking with another employee who was off the clock (overheard in their convo), rather than help service the individuals waiting. Didn't seem very customer service-like. :( I even asked him once I saw him not servicing anyone if I could just buy my product super quick, that it was all I needed, and he was short with me, "Yes- as soon as a sales rep is available.... read more
Customer service was awful. Waited over 30 min to get helped while 2 employees including manager did nothing but stand around. Manager finally came to help and was unfriendly and short. Fixed my phone by erasing it without asking me first. Very unapologetic when I told her I needed that info.
