Josh is one of the good guys! The Madisonville att has a great employee in Josh! He took the time to help me in a miserable situation and then explained in detail how to keep it from happening again. Yesterday I went to the Madisonville KY AT&T store. Mark was the associate who stepped right up and eagerly offered to help me. What a delight it was to have someone who was very knowledgeable, able to explain the billing process, answer my questions—and be so kind to a 75 year old woman who is NOT up on all the latest technology. I have been in a similar store in other cities & never received such positive and efficient assistance. Made my day!!!
