Att SUCKS!!! Try to go buy brandnew tablet ipad pro 13 with 1 terr, and no one can tell me when I can get one. Next trying to buy iphone pro max 17 in orange. Nope again no one had one. Worst in service and customer support. Updated our phone plan with a veterans discount changing our phone plan from my wife to myself. Was told everything would transfer. 2 days later when the bills show additional charges when we were promised their wouldn't be any more and even though I added my wife to the access it wasn't done and they wouldn't speak to her. Even returning a second time didn't resolve any the issues. My wife then had me call the at&t call center. They were able to resolve all my issues in an hour when th... read more
Abby was really great from the moment i stepped in she greeted me with a welcoming smile. She not only answered my question, but took time to look at discounts and plans for me just to see if she could help me save! I ended up leaving with a brand new phone and she was so friendly and pleasant along the process.
On the survey says how satisfied with with abby I put 1 because it sad very but underneath very said dissatisfied no I was very satisfied with that help abby gave me
