He answered all our questions patiently and showed me how to clear data and the cache to avoid the phones slowing down in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. These people are outright scamming people. ATT offers a promotional deal where they pay your old bill up to $800 when you switch service. I signed up for service under that agreement, they told me it would take a couple month's for "processing" and they would reimburse me for the old bill. I went in there to check on it roughly every couple months for the next year for them to tell me the same thing, first it was "oh it's processing still" then it was "I don't know what happened, I'll need your old bill" then it was "process... read more
