These people are outright scamming people. ATT offers a promotional deal where they pay your old bill up to $800 when you switch service. I signed up for service under that agreement, they told me it would take a couple month's for "processing" and they would reimburse me for the old bill. I went in there to check on it roughly every couple months for the next year for them to tell me the same thing, first it was "oh it's processing still" then it was "I don't know what happened, I'll need your old bill" then it was "process... read more
Be sure you discuss every detail of your transaction before you let them make any changes to your account. They were not upfront regarding the senior plan I wanted to move to and when they got done they said they were unable to undo what was done
