As a business owner and consumer, I value customer service. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and nearly impossible to find within the cell phone industry... yet I found it at the Oregon City AT&T when Collin helped me today!! I had a minor tech issue and called to see if it could be fixed at the store instead of calling customer service. Collin said to come in and he would take care of it... and he did! My husband came in looking for wifi and ended up leaving with a bundle! The person that helped us was Collin! He was more than accommodating and super helpful to us in getting switched over and helped with getting things set up! Definitely recommend asking for him if you come in we left very happy and feeling a lot better about our phone services!
