Worst customer service of any phone store. 6 people working like snails spending more time trying to upswell and talk rather than service customers!! AT&T is bad enough, but the service at the Brass Mill Mall Store in Waterbury, CT is the WORST!!!!
Going on 2 hours waiting here while at least 2 managers stand around on phones! And staff meander around the store! 2 of the staff members have been with the same people since we arrived! Worst customer service ever!
