Absolutely horrible store and staff. Opting out of my contract as soon as they open. They tell you one thing and when the changes are actually reflected on your account it's all different from what they say. Friend just switched to verizon will probably go the same route.

They have no clue what they are doing. Have a unlimited data plan and they are trying to sell me on the Next plan. Said I will lose unlimited data. I called AT&T directly and they said I will not lose my unlimited plan and don't have to have the Next plan. Going to try another store where I'm not lied to. Stay far away from this store. Can't believe they actually tried to tell me it's cheaper on the Next plan. What a joke.
