My mom recently purchased a phone at this location which she had difficulty using, so exchanged it for an upgraded phone within two weeks. We were led to believe that she would be refunded for the first phone if it was returned or exchanged within two weeks, but now the store is refusing to refund the first phone.

Sold me an iPhone without a sim tray. When I tried to activate it I noticed. The store refused to help and accused me of activating the phone making one phone call and resetting the phone. If I could make phone calls why would I waste an hour of my life in the store. Absolutely no help.

They never can help you with even the simplest of questions all they tell you is "Your going to have to go to Apple for that" it's a waste of your time & very frustrating!!! And there's always a long wait just to be helped in no way possible. It's like they have no clue about phones. My first grader knows more about the iPhone's then they do. That's really sad....

There is always a long wait time when I come here but most of the people who work here are friendly enough (some more than others). Still sometimes you wait for a while before anyone even acknowledges you.
