100% the worst, short fat lady. We don't give info on our phones you should have looked them up before you came in.
Terrible customer service. Apparently they will say anything to get a sale, only to charge you for things later that they said were free. By then you are roped in by a contract. Let me help someone else, no matter what they tell you, transferring service is not free.
Terrible customer service! Never have I encountered such rude employees at a place I'm paying to provide a service.
Don't ever try calling and you will never get a hold of anyone of them! I called and tried to get a hold of them for 20 minutes straight and could not get a single person online!
