Worst service I've ever had. (And I've had Sprint) The agent from in store blatantly lied, then said she was sorry and "nothing could be done" And they want half my months rent for "4G" but 90% of the time it struggles loading anything. This company is a joke like several others.
Recommendedwent there to pay my cellphone and direc TV bill
Paid my bill and everything went okay. But i told a representative i needed help with my micro sd card since my phone isnt registering it and i got told there wasnt anything they could do as its 3rd party content
Would give a zero if I could. Purchased new phones, screen protectors, and cases from this store and switched from Verizon. Screen protectors are a crap product and store won't do anything to make it right after I spent $45/screen. Also, won't receive a promotion I was told I would on 2 separate occasions because they didn't divulge all the information. And want to blame me for not understanding what they "inferred" when telling me they couldn't set up my direct tv account. What crap! Stuart is rude and not customer oriented... read more
This company has the worst customer service. You have to call 800 numbers until you finally get someone who can't do a dang thing. Over a week and a half ago I tried to switch addresses and they messed it up and I had to open a brand new account and now they cannot activate my intenet for another week. That's crap.
