Jay was amazing. He helped my husband into the phone he wanted. And because we have been with them since before they were AT&T, we were treated like royalty.
Friendly, Andrew recognized me as soon as I walked in the door even though he was working with someone else, his jesters said, hi I'll be with you shortly. Gotta love that kind of customer service.
The lady at at&t lied to me and told me that I was gonna get unlimited everything and I didnt, plus their freaking call center is in India .
INCOMPETENCE at it's finest. There was ONE representative there who cared to do a good job but since doing a good job didn't seem to be the M.O. in that store courtesy of the sleazy management my hope is that the nice guy does NOT finish last and gets a better job. Or a position at a better store.
Best service ever, if not speak with me. Efficient positive staff.
