HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I went today, they told me they would put my name on the list and text me when it was my turn to go in to get a phone. Well, other people arrived after me and were going in and getting helped. I go to see what’s taking so long and they told me they removed my name off the list because they thought i left. I never received a message or anything about it being my turn they just took me off the list for no reason! Always something bad happens when i come here and I do not recommend it!

i am absolutely done with ATT! They are one of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. I was lied to about discounts I would be receiving that I will not really be recieving and was duped into buying 3 brand new phones which I didnt need then was told by the store clerk when I went back and complained that I was irritating him and he needed to step away before he lost it and soneone got hurt. Unbelievable! ATT sucks. I am writing a letter to the president
