Ridiculous service, you'd think that they would inform you when you are using so much data and only on a 30gb plan that they are now offering unlimited without having to sign up for extras hence keeping you from having overages but NOPE MONEY HUNGRY, HENCE 30GB IN OVERAGE CHARGES AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY UNWILLING TO HELP ME OUT IN ANY WAY!!! ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT!!!! VERY PISSED OFF AND DISGUSTED WITH AT&T ESPECIALLY BEING A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 5 YEARS OR MORE!!!!! CALLING CORPORATE
Eddie, the manager is the best.He's very helpful and worth waiting for if you have a question or problem with your phone or service.
Been on a plan for a little over a month now. Great coverage. The sales team at the Clarksburg, WV store is knowledgeable and will work to get you the best deal possible. I'm paying only $10-15 more than I was on my old prepaid plan. The flexibility to increase your data as needed during your billing cycle is great compared to my old 3gb high speed data limit on StraightTalk.
