Hi, This is probably my last comment considering that the store is closing next month... My representative today Saturday June 14th 2025 had a unimpressive personality. Sort of like he just graduated from some type of a academy... or seminar institution... Furthermore, the representative refused to set up auto pay. Although he easily could have. Michael is the ATT amazing employee as he runs this store. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and persistent assisting with transferring my phone number from Verizon to ATT He easily managed my challenging phone issues while waiting on multiple customers. This was about the best service I’ve received in a very long time!!!
