I’ve been trying to get new service for a week now and every time I call they get all info give me a date and never show up. And every time I call it’s like I’m calling for the first time ever.

It’s the fact that I gotta pay full price and not get the full service. Brother atleast lower my prices if your gonna randomly shut off the internet in the entire Sanford area with no explanation.

Internet outage predicted for THREE days! Never in my life has an internet provider ever had an issue this bad! What a joke….. I switched to them because Spectrum was having frequent outages….. well… they were never down more than 12 hours in the 20 years I had them! Truth is, both are awful….. if you have either one, you should have a back up internet setup…… I run a home based business, that cannot operate without internet….. I will never rely on these jokers again! Absolutely awful…….

ATT tauts its phenomenal customer service in their new commercial but actions speak louder than words. A fiber optic wire that was installed was placed under the sidewalk a half an inch below sidewalk… not six inches, not with an conduit, and not meeting any specifications by engineers who designed system. Our line has been out of order since December 22,2023. After numerous documented calls on ATT’s system no one has even run a temporary line to get service operational until construction department can come to cut sidewalk ... read more
