ATT has the worst internet reliability and even worse customer service. If you need assistance from ATT, then be prepared to wait on hold for literally hours in order to speak with an an ATT representative that does not speak English very well. Very frustrating. Also, if you don’t check your bill you will be overcharged often. Best to find a different internet provider.
Terrible service and even worse customer service
If there was a "0" I would have clicked that. ATT is the absolute worst.
It is very frustrating trying to speak with customer service. They are billing us for service we never received or used. We initially signed up for their internet but they unfortunately were unable to connect and install. We cancelled our account right away but still received a bill and they were charging us for the full month. I called and the rep I spoke to said it’ll be handled.
