If I could rate lower I would. Internet service not working since last Saturday. Tomorrow will be one week. Waited 3 days to find out problem is outside. Have not heard a word from them since. In search of new carrier. Stay away from their horrible service and their terrible automated phone system. Wasted all day yesterday trying to get answers. Done with them. They are the worst customer service I have ever seen. You would think a communications company would communicate with customers. Bye Bye AT&T.
Outages do not get resolved in timely fashion. Tech and customer service support people are clueless. Outrageous buffoonery.
Angel is a perfectionist as well as an all around good guy. Very knowledgeable I highly recommend.
