Knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff. Great equipment. Creative workouts. Really fun and saw great results.
Good, clean gym, good affiliate with a great fighter owner. However, the advertised jiu jitsu program is basically non existent. Showed up twice and there was no class at the scheduled time. The second time I showed, it was just me and the instructor who said yeah, basically it's hit and miss with students showing up. And then he left.
