I was very satisfied with her help. I think the survey mentioned her name as Teja. That lady was very nice and patient and was the only person running the store and still very cordial and patient with everyone. She acknowledged each person as they came in and let us know that she would be with them when she could. I felt very sorry for her having to take care of everyone by herself on such a busy day. Thank you again for your help!
The lady working there seemed to be listening to a webinar or something while I was trying to get into my account. In the end I got the information that I needed so technically it worked out but I thought it was unprofessional for her to have her phone out with the loud speaker on, listening to something and occasionally taking herself off mute to respond or ask a question to the person giving the webinar. Not sure if I'm mistaken on if it specifically was a webinar, but definitely something was going on.
Jordan at this location did an awesome job with my new phone purchase. Today is a release day and unfortunately there weren’t any phones in stock because of an awaiting shipment. Jordan helped square away my account so by the time the phone arrived in the next hour the swap was easy! Thanks so much Jordan for your help! He needs a big Raise! Cheers!
Jordan Voss is absolutely the most patient customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I watched him deal with multiple customers with varying degrees of problems and he seamlessly helped each one of them with their problem, without regard to age or aptitude. Even when AT&T policies frustrated customers, he was calm and helpful.
