This store should not even be open there is so much fraud that goes on it's insane. I am stuck paying for a device that doesn't even work and they refuse to take it back. They refuse to let me get the manager information too. The employees go outside on the patio and smoke weed right in front of costumers. Save yourself the trouble and stay away. I have no idea how these people even get hired to sit around and ignore costumers.

I went to AT&T on July 5 to get my phone fixed. My phone was glitching and couldn’t do much on it soon as I walked in Ms. Kiersten greeted me. She asked me what was going on ,I told her. Which unfortunately it wasn't anything to fixed but I did purchase a new phone. In the mist of me doing so she was such a great help. She answered every question I had and went beyond and above for me. Such a great spirit ,very precessional and outgoing. I would most definitely recommend going to her.
They just stare at you when you walk in. No type of customer service. Very weird employees.
