Jordan Voss is absolutely the most patient customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I watched him deal with multiple customers with varying degrees of problems and he seamlessly helped each one of them with their problem, without regard to age or aptitude. Even when AT&T policies frustrated customers, he was calm and helpful. added a line without my permission.
This store should not even be open there is so much fraud that goes on it's insane. I am stuck paying for a device that doesn't even work and they refuse to take it back. They refuse to let me get the manager information too. The employees go outside on the patio and smoke weed right in front of costumers. Save yourself the trouble and stay away. I have no idea how these people even get hired to sit around and ignore costumers.
