Absolutely horrible. Their DSL internet service goes out ALL THE TIME. One minute Im on the internet, the next minute "cant find server." Weve had ATT for only a month, and Ive probably spent more time OFFLINE than I have online. Every call to their customer care line will cost you at least 2 hours out of your life. Their "Faster" package isnt even considered fast compared to other comparable internet service providers. INCOMPETENT and NOT WORTH IT! Theyve messed up my bill for six months now, and every month on my day off I have to call them to fix it. Ive reported them to the better business bureau twice and they refuse to contact the BBB. Their refusal to fix things and give me the credit I am due on my bill only intensifies the immense frustration that I have felt. They act like they do me a favor by giving me phone service and web service when it is the other way around.
