love my AT&T service but I did an online upgrade on Thursday the 19th never received an email stating it was ready. I called the Clovis store to find out about my order (because ATT will not ship to my address) and the person I spoke with told me my order was ready to just head in. I get her at 9:05 this morning (I get that they are busy but the manager told me because I was an online order I would be bumped to the top so I'll be done quickly.) it 10:02 the order that I was told was ready is apparently isnt ready. I've had the most horrible of recent days, but I had to go out to AT&T to take care of some business. God brought an angel into my life who made me laugh, smile and even dance to Selena right there in the store. Omg! I needed that!!! What a blessing is Humberto Beto Zepeda!
I was very disappointed in the actions of the manager Brandon and his inability to properly handle the upset customer which resulted in the police � escorting her out of the building. Sad very very sad. It not always what you say it's how you say it.
The representatives at the AT&T store at Sierra Vista Mall has restored my confidence in the company! I had an issue and had my mind set to pull all my services/accounts and they completely took care of a months long extremely frustrating situation! Thank you Roman, Cesar & Dani, your excellent customer service, willingness to help, and eagerness to resolve issues is greatly appreciated!
