Bill, the manager of the AT&T store located at 3100 Folsom boulevard was very professional, kind, considerate and help me in a great way. I'm very grateful for his assistance
THANK YOU, Bill! Yesterday my group of 5 came to this location to set up a joint phone plan that involved multiple account switches and to upgrade all of our phones. Bill was manning the store by himself and he was so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful. He helped us through our very long transaction even though that meant he had to politely inform other potential customers that it would be a while before he could finish with us and help them.
