He was very disingenuous constantly looking at his phone while with another customer in front of me and just as disingenuous with me could not answer simple questions like why is more expensive to pay my bill in the store rather than just pick up a prepaid card .. ..

I had a very disappointing experience with both the AT&T store and customer service. The level of service was frustrating, and I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed. The store experience was unhelpful, and dealing with customer service only made things worse. Instead of providing a clear solution, I experienced unnecessary hassle and wasted time. As a paying customer, I expect better communication, professionalism, and support. Unfortunately, AT&T failed to meet those expectations.

There is new staff at this location, and unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. I initially asked for Ben, who had always been knowledgeable and helpful during my previous visits. Stephanie told me that Ben was no longer there and that “it is her store now.” Unfortunately, the service that followed did not inspire much confidence. I went in to preorder the new Samsung Galaxy Fold, but throughout the interaction, I felt like I had to guide Stephanie through the process rather than being guided as the customer. ... read more
