There is new staff at this location, and unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. I initially asked for Ben, who had always been knowledgeable and helpful during my previous visits. Stephanie told me that Ben was no longer there and that “it is her store now.” Unfortunately, the service that followed did not inspire much confidence. Benjamin, at Folsom Bld. was another example of a truly safe place for a woman to go. My every question was answered addressed and handled. I was even stumbling to ask follow up questions, as he was proactively looking for my best financial best interest . He proactively explained a couple of scenarios of outcomes and what to expect. Ben was extremely helpful! Handled my cell issues without a problem. Very friendly. Recommend for sure!
