New management is not good not very helpful suck suck suck suck suck
I was sold a mini pad by AT&T store at Milpitas location ( california) at less price without explaining that it comes with 2 year contract with $10 monthly charges. This was inspite of me asking the representative on multiple ocassions if there were any additional costs associated with this deal and the answer was always NO. I would like to complain to some consumer fraud section as at&t customer service refuses to refund or take it back as it is past due time. Any experiences or help to resolve is much appreciated.
