I don't think I ever walked into a store to buy a phone and got completely no help what so ever! I actually think I walked out of the store a little dumber. Do you train your employees? Not only did we walk out of the store with no phone, because an employee had no idea how to help us upgrade our phone. Your employee was so rude! Almost, almost, making US feel like the dumb ones!!!!
