For one, they don't know how to install screen protectors at all! I gave them over a few tries and they messed it up EVERY TIME! Then they won't even do a refund even though it says in zagg return policy to provide receipt, which I still had in my hand, and to return to the store where purchased... they still sent me away unsatisfied with a screen protector that they installed about ready to fall off within 2 minutes of purchasing there...you have been warned!
